So, our house is still on the market because the dream home bid fell through. So, we need to sell our home ASAP. We have scheduled an open house this Sunday.
Anyone have any good staging tips? Already planning on making cookies so the house smells good...

turn the lights on, open windows so iits nice and bright in there. if you are putting out cookies, put out those little bottles of water too. make sure any little fix it things are done, don't want to add to the to-to list for potential buyers.
