I am taking the ethics portion of the Bar (the MPRE) tomorrow morning in Louisville. I know, I know it IS shocking lawyers have to take an ethics exam.
I also don't think it is as easy as one would first assume--the answers tend to be varying in degrees (for example may versus must) and you must determine the best fit. I am just hoping I have a good inner moral compass tomorrow!
